Watani Wakelin is a Durban based company founded in 2010 by Clifford Wakelin and provides service to the Property Valuation and Project Management fields. In 2017, Watani Wakelin was registered as a Company and Anand Munsamy joined as a fellow Director bringing not only many years of construction experience but an extensive knowledge of property and project management.
Property Valuations are performed for residential, commercial and industrial properties whether for new business (property purchase), existing portfolios, collateral, legal purposes or insurance replacement cost.
Project Management is carried out during construction on residential, commercial and industrial projects in the required detail and format to meet the client’s particular needs whether to initiate payment or verify a claim submitted to a financial institution.
Watani Wakelin’s main focus is on servicing the financial institutions and large corporates in the property market but also caters for small businesses and individuals.
Our area of operation is typically within the Greater Durban and Highway areas but we cater for the entire coast of Kwazulu Natal and inland as far as Ladysmith and Newcastle. We are able to recommend other professional valuers who specialise in specific areas and carry out specialised valuations.
